Notes
The following deficiencies that were observed during the inspection:
• Composite influent samples are still not being collected in accordance with NPDES Permit.
• All instances of permit exceedance had not been explained on the submitted eMORs or DMRs.
• None of the aerators in cells 2 or 3 were operational during the inspection.
• Erosion was observed a numerous locations along the inside banks of the lagoon cells.
• A water well was observed near the pump house about 20 ft. from cell 2. The well cap had no indication that it was a permitted well.
• No record could be found that the 2018 biomonitoring results were submitted to this office.
