Notes
The water plant is in compliance, but more work is needed on the distribution system. Attempts to contact the certified distribution operator , Mr. Joey Brown, have been unsuccessful. I would like to have a CRM with Mayor Cagle and Mr. Brown to discuss the deficiencies.
