Facility overall in good operational condition. Some issues with malfunctions of influent flow meter and UV disinfection system, but are actively seeking solutions to fix these issues. Effluent appeared clear and of good quality. Collected samples for all effluent permit limitations. Currently awaiting results of analyses from state lab facility (as of 8/8/17).
