Annual SW Sampling not required. Construction permit through the City of Knoxville - TNQ030239. Non-SW discharge for WWTP - TN0021822. Recommend adding rainfall data on quarterly monitoring reports (instead of writing "light rain"). New SW ponds added recently before outfall 3 and 4. Outfall signs need to be moved to new discharge locations where SW leaves property. Site map outfalls need to be updated. Site is very clean and well kept. SWPPP is very organized and staff is very knowledgeable.
