Large amount of sediment has escaped site boundaries into apparent stream buffer zone (which does have buffer signage). Some evidence of attempted stabilization--straw has been placed over some areas of sediment release, but many more without stabilization measures. Improperly maintained EPSCs including silt fence, mulch berm, sediment basin, and outlet protections. See NOV on site page for pictures.
4-16-19 Received NOV response including photos showing removed and stabilized sediment, regraded sediment ponds with stabilization, and inlet protections. Will return site to compliance.
