Notes
CSI on 18-JUN-09 had no discharge since school was out. JTM took samples from the Cl contact chamber next to the discharge pipe, but will have to re-sample the plant in October to properly discern if the treatment works are in compliance.
The only violations noted during the inspection revolve around lab work and include: no QAQC is incorporated into the lab functions, and there is no instrument calibrating.
The treatment plant looks to be operating properly, and in the lat 36 months, there have only been two minor Cl2 violations. The system is in good shape and is properly maintained.
