Phase 1, erosion at several locations and evidence of sediment leaving site. Excess drainage and sediment on resident's property at 164 Rainbow Dock Lane.
Phases 2 and 3, severely eroded roads and sediment basin had overflowed, getting sediment in county road. Excess drainage and sediment filled roadside ditch at residence at 213 Rainbow Circle.
