• The EPSC plans indicate silt fence should outline the entire site, minus the construction entrances. No silt fence was found to be installed.
• The EPSC plans indicate 2 construction entrances; a 3rd was found on the northwest side of the construction site along 8th street & Marion Street.
• EPSC maintenance is needed at construction entrances/exits and for inlet protection of drains.
• No SWPPP Box was found onsite, no inspections reports were able to be reviewed.
