insp of DI area by Allen Rather, DWS-GW mgt section.
minor problems w/DI area.
several potential line leaks (ponding).
could not locate 2nd hydro-tek valve.
signs at hydro-tek & dose tank but not at entry to field.
RSF in very bad condition.
at direction of personnel dir, op used auger on dose end of RSF to relieve ponding problem.
high level in chambers possibly due to outlet structure.
center pump well also part of the problem.
inlet inspection ports had media inside & above chambers.
upper side of RSF sunk below outside gravel area.
CS operation OK.
some problems w/pumping commercial properties - have been requesting owner to pump when city should do pumping.
