BNG was notified via phone about issues the South plant was facing. Met with Chris Luss on 2/13/24 to discuss upsets and issues the plant was facing. Did a tour of the plant and visited the problem areas and took photos. Mr. Luss will send out an exceedance explanation notification with his MOR. BNG saw the construction/upgrades of current/future development.
