Notes
Routine inspection with no major issues to note. It appears that works has not begun for the temporary stream crossing. According to our database Muddy Creek has not been assessed for designated use classifications, overall habitat, or biological composition. As such, an antidegradation workup is being tentatively scheduled for spring 2019. This workup will not impact the currently approved ARAP for the temporary stream crossing, but could possibly impact the future bridge over Muddy Creek. We can address that situation once the workup has been completed.
Much like the CGP inspection, there appears to be several isolated and/or connected wetlands in the floodplain of Muddy Creek. Once jurisdictional determinations have been completed we can modify the future work (if need be) for the bridge crossing of Muddy Creek and the overall access to the site. As such, please suspend installation of the two 36” concrete culverts until the wetland study has been conducted and approved by TDEC. Let me know if you need any further assistance.
