Bri Begley met with Tim Kelly of Pace and Tim Gragg to observe composite sampler set up for biomonitoring (per conditions set forth in CBI report dated December 6, 2022). Location of sampler has been moved from previous farm site to the effluent parshall flume at the wwtp. Composite sampler is now being connected to effluent flow meter and is flow paced. During set-up, it was discovered that sample aliquot size was 90 ml and Mr. Kelly was advised it must collect a minimum of 100 ml per aliquot over a 24 hour period per TN0021229 part 4.1 definition of a "composite sample". Aliquot volume was adjusted to 100 ml, thus immediately corrected during inspection.
