Angela Young, Jessica Rader and I met with Mayor Paul Evans, the preteratment coordinator John Lambert and the consultant Gary Crosby. The visit was in response to a notification by Jasper of an illicit disharge to the sewer from renewable fuels. The meeting consisted of a review of lab data from the discharge and discussion of the enforcment actions available to the city of Jasper. The result was that Jasper was going to require Reneuable fuels to obtain a permit and an NOV/order with penalities would be assessed. Furthermore, the city would submit an updated SUO/ERP. after the meeitng, we viewed hte manholes that discharge collected in prior to removal.
