Notes
Major upgrades occurring at plant. Pumping capacity increasing, replacing headworks for improved screening and grit removal, upgrading aeration to fine bubble, rehab of clarifiers, and switch to UV disinfection. Some lab data transcription errors, very infrequent limit exceedances. CBOD spreadsheet had an intermittent calculation error that was corrected.
