Facility largely in compliance. All parameters except pH and flow contracted out to Test America. Effluent flowmeter found to be within 2% of physical measurement during inspection. "Treatment Out" flume is Leopold-Lagco, dimensions should be confirmed to ensure appropriate calculations during calibration. "Sontara" flowmeter is replaced annually, still needs to be calibrated at installation of new sensor to confirm accuracy. Sample containers not being appropriately cleaned. Time composite samples being collected; DuPont will need to change to flow or submit flow study showing low variance in flow over 24-hour period.
