I showed Franklin Stanford how to calculate the geometric mean and how it would help balance out the effect of one high E. coli result.
Franklin showed me the lift station, 24 manholes and 4000 feet of sewer line he had to pump out because of fiberglass "filler" that had washed out of the old Sequentia plant. He said steps have been taken by the City and present owner of the property to prevent future problems.
