Peformed a PCI at Athens. Visited Mills Products and Dean Dairy Liquids (Mayfield). All induistries are currently in compliance. Mills Products was issued an administrative order for zinc violations and is required to submit a corrective action plan by April 28, 2023. Both industries are required to have a slug discharge control plan. Both are keeping records on file for 3 years as required.
