Facility is well maintained and operated. Construction for facility upgrades is progressing well and is anticipated to be complete by Oct. 2018. Lab was briefly viewed and found to be clean and well organized. The facility is still experiencing issues meeting nutrient limits and have reported approximately 67 effluent violations, 58 of which have been for total nitrogen or ammonia. Receiving stream had excessive algae growth around outfall. Anticipated that facility upgrades will help facility achieve better nutrient removal and produce higher quality effluent that will reduce impact to stream.
