Most changes requested during previous audit have been addressed. Metokote file was reviewed, found inspections still occurring outside of the 12-month minimum frequency. Metokote was visited during the inspection. RO reject water combines with categorical waste. Wastestreams will need to be separated or alternative limits developed using the combined wastestream formula.
