Met Mr. Smith to inspect dam and he indicated it was not yet mowed this year. He indicated that because he is a farmer and it is planting season, he probably would not be able to mow dam until mid/late June. Visual inspection of dam confirmed that dam was overgrown. LEH indicated that he would contact Mr. Smith near the end of June to arrange inspection.
