Inspection was conducted in order to see how far up stream channel could be considered jurisdictional. Alterations could require ARAP coverage. Unnamed tributary is highly impacted. Impacts are old and not related to current construction activities. Very large impoundments have been constructed in order to create ponds in stream channel. Unnamed tributary is jurisdictional up to a point where channel loses definition: 35.7952/-86.8537. Ryan and Goff were at the site during my inspection and understood that any alterations to the bed and bank would require notification or ARAP coverage. Few deficiencies were noted while onsite.
