Notes
The inspection resulted in numerous violations of the permit. An excessive amount of sewage was noted at the outfall within the Green River during the inspection. The operator was not familiar with the permit and proper reporting of overflows, washouts and upsets has not been occurring.
Sampling and testing methods will be monitored on Tuesday, February 10, 2009.
Corrective measures through enforcement action will be requested.
