Notes
I met with Cordell Walton at the water plant to discuss what had been done as a result of the last CEI. He said the creek and lagoon flow meters are not in good working order; the entire actuator valve assembly needs to be replaced; no mowing or cleaning up has been done; the bridge and plumbing are still in poor condition and he has not learned any more about how to operate the spray equipment. He had cleaned up the debris that was removed from one of the lift stations and is now taking that sort of waste to a landfill. Concerning the flow meters and actuator valve Cordell said Jeff Porterfield was given approval to order the parts and will install them when they arrive. Cordell told me Robert had quit and gone to workk at the West TN State Pen.
