WOH, LAH and Matthew Harris reviewed overflows and bypasses within the City of Sparta Collection System during a significant rain event. We met Fred Currier at the STP and D.C. Bussell at the collection system overflow point at the TDOT garage in Sparta. TDOT personnel were met on site. TDOT has concerns with the overflow as it may effect their MS4 permit reviews. The issue was communicated to TDOT Environmentalist Tommy Paul. Methods to reduce the overflows were discussed.
