Notes
The dam appears to comply with the Safe Dams Act and therefore merits a Certificate of Approval and Safety for Operation. Monitor root growth from the trees at the left abutment, address as needed. Revegetate the bare area on the left, downstream slope and mower tire slip areas. Monitor the cracking of the principal spillway inlet headwall and address with a joint sealer, grouting, or similar measure as needed. Repair/replace if needed. Cut the tall woody vegetation around the principal spillway outlet until the area can be grassed and maintained by mowing. Continue removing plant growth from emergency spillway outlet.
