Notes
Allen Wilkinson and I conducted a site visit due to a complaint received regarding large amounts of discolored water coming off-site and across Lovell Road. No problem was found. The First Utility district had been testing fire hydrants which cause large amounts of water to flush through the site and onto Lovell Road.
