Facility continuing with plant upgrade. Anaerobic basins ahead of anoxic and oxidation ditches are online. New UV was brought online during inspection. Parts of new solids handling are online, sludge is centrifuged and landfilled. Primary chlorine standards not routinely used. Some white out on bench sheets and MORs. WET test samples collected 10/10/22, 10/12/22, 10/14/22. Sample failed c. dubia, however due to flow rerouting while bringing new UV online, effluent was not flowing past sampler for part of second and all of third sample, making this test not representative of the effluent and not useable for compliance determination. WET test samples collected on 11/14/22, 11/16/22, 11/18/22. Both species passed. Facility performed their own WET several weeks prior and several weeks after the questionable test and both passed.
