WPC inspectors met on-site with Jason Youngblood of WH Porter and representatives from M.B. Erosion Control. At the time of inspection, the swale just north of the fitness center on the north and south sides of the fitness center entrance road had been sodded. However, large areas north and south of the entrance road remain unstable (photos 1-2). The swale on the southwest side of the site had been matted and/or sodded and appeared to be mostly stable. However, small portions of the slope and swale needed additional stabilization to prevent future erosion (photo 3). Though the top of the banks of the sediment basin east of the fitness center had been sodded, some areas of the bank and adjacent areas were not completely stable and large gullies had formed on the banks of the basin (photo 4). According to Jason Youngblood, the basin was at normal wet pool elevation at the time of inspection. The area below the sod at the top of bank to the edge of water was unstable (photo 5). The area between the basin and Crooked Creek Drive was not completely stable (photo 6).
