MWS is implementing the 9 minimum controls and carrying out a major, comprehensive rehab and upgrade of the collection system in order to reduce SSO and CSO frequency and duration. In early planning to separate and eliminate the Benedict & Crutcher, Boscobel, and Schrader CSOs. Routinely updates the Long Term Control Plan to account for growth and changes within the system.
