Notes
Observed MWS CSO outfalls from boat on Cumberland River. No outfalls were discharging at the time; all had signs. 3 nets in Kerrigan trash trap were damaged. MWS explained contractor used wrong size nets and have been instructed to use correct trash nets. Signs are small and not easily readable from the water; MWS will determine and implement a solution.
