CEI inspection indicated the following deficiencies:
1. Inflow and/or infiltration continues to be a problem.
2. Effluent sign not in compliance with NPDES permit.
3. Sludge drying beds have a difficult time keeping up with sludge
removal during winter months.
4. One effluent pump inoperative
5. Influent and effluent samplers are not proportional to flow.
6. Number #1 effluent pump packing leaking excessively.
