At construction entrance, missing silt fence/EPSC measures have allowed untreated water containing sediment to migrate off site. The boundary of disturbance has been exceeded at the southwestern, northern and eastern area of the site. Construction entrance needed reinforcement with additional larger grade gravel laid down. Silt fence needed to be extended to the road adjacent of construction entrance and on the west side of the site all the way back to northern edge of area of disturbance boundary. Sections of silt fence were damaged and down. Areas behind silt fence with more than 50% buildup of sediment. The last inspection report was for 1-25-2024.
