Notes
KVB performed the lab review. WOH and BAM performed STP and flow monitoring review. At this time, 12-27-11, the system has five overflows at the headworks.
Correcdtive Action Plan for the collection system was discussed with the Mayor, (WOH & BAM). Replacement of clay lines was discussed.
STP is In compliance, however collection system overflows continue during heavy rains. Mine lick Creek is 303 d listed for nutrients.
