Met with Joe Cline and Glenn Barnett (OIT). All DMRs and MORs were submitted on time. No effluent violations reported. The facility has built a new chemical feed building to house the bleach disinfection and dechlorination bulk tanks. Containment is provided. Both influent and effluent samplers are set for flow proportional 24 hour time composite, thermometers in samplers were < 4 C. Headworks, pumps, oxidation ditch, digesters, clarifiers, chlorine contact chamber, chemical feed, outfall and receiving stream were examined. All components are maintained and are in operational condition. Sludge box is used for solids, then landfill for final disposal. Signage is in place at the outfall. Flow meters need to be calibrated. Lab equipment is in good condition. Reagents in date. There is a written QAQC program and testing is done according to 40 CFR part 136. calibration was documented and QAQC testing is being performed. They are preparing for permit re-issuance.
