Camden failed to submit a technical evaluation of the need to revise local limits within 120 days of the effective date of the permit. Magpro failed to monitor for three permitted parameters. The industry and Camden have been taking compliance samples of recirculating water when the industry is not discharging. Semi-annual report deficiencies were noted. IU permit revisions are needed.
