Notes
Asked Josh Hill to test chlorine at end of system. Was informed by him at 8:56 am that chlorine was down to 0.09 mg/L at the end of the system. Immediately went to Graysville. Met with Kim Devillier, city recorder, advised them to turn on emergency connection with Dayton until both chlorinators could be repaired and put back online. Brady Anderson with Dayton met Josh Hill at the connection point and Dayton was valved on at about 10:30 am. Advised Joash to begin flushing the ends of the system to get chlorine back up. At about 3 pm he measured 1.2 mg/L chlorine at 195 Church St. I advised him to collect a Bac-T sample. he dis and took it to Dayton water plant for analysis. The contractor arrived at 3;30 pm to repair the chlorinators.
