Notes
The City of Memphis, while cleaning the Harbor Ave lift station, had an SSO that was contained in a leveed area by the lift station. The estimated contained SSO was 75,000 gallons on October 20-21, 2022. The inspection revealed that the SSO was contained and the wastewater will be pumped back into the collection system once the lift station is repaired.
