Unpermitted industrial activities were brought to the Division's awareness following a spill report to TEMA. DWR and DSWM personnel visited the site as a joint investigation. DWR personnel informed facility personnel that coverage under the TMSP, Sector AA was required due to the facility's metal fabrication activities. DWR personnel sent a follow up email summarizing the discussion on 3-12-19.
