Only one outfall has been constructed at time of inspection. The two pipes that will drain pond (when completed) are in and mostly backfilled. Connection to stream is complete and done in accordance with permit terms and conditions except for lack of EPSCs to protect the stream from runoff from backfill over pipes as well as unprotected drainage through the pipes.
