Site has apparent overlapping boundaries with phase 29, all of which is in process of grading. Same issues therefore as phase 29. Sediment leaving site in northwestern and southwestern sections, rills and gullies forming in spite of some attempt at temporary stabilization. Overwhelmed rock check dams, questionable sediment basin filled with sediment, silt fences and erosional eels in need of maintenance.
4-16-19 Received NOV response with photos showing removed and stabilized sediment, regraded sediment ponds with stabilization, and inlet protection. Will return site to compliance.
