Inspection conducted up to Follow up on deficiencies noted during the 6-28-19 inspection.

I spoke with Mr. Johnson on 8/16/19 and he indicated he had cleared off and located the outfall pipe on his treatment pond. Mr. Johnson also indicated that the disturbed area north of the treatment pond now had vegetation over most of it. Mr. Johnson indicated Mr. Bruce Richardson with Surveying Services was working to calculate the treatment pond size and should have it done soon.

I visited the site on 8-22-19 and I was able to locate the outfall pipe for DMP 001 on the northwest side of the treatment pond. The disturbed area north of the treatment pond is now almost completely covered in vegetation.

Facility is still considered out of compliance since calculations have not been provided for the treatment pond showing its current holding capacity. Facility also still has not submitted for permit renewal and their NPDES permit expires on October 22,2019.
