Notes
Anne Bridgewater occasionally still helps Brownsville with its MS4 program. The former Mayor, Webb Banks, assigned the program to Rene' Hendrix. A new Mayor took office a few weeks ago and assigned the program to Jerry McClinton. I met with both of them at City Hall to discuss the status of the program and remind them the annual report was due in September. Rene' said she had already begun working on the report and would finish it before turning the MS4 program over to Jerry. They plan to contact John Chlarson of MTAS for help in planning next year's program. Rene' said she thinks Brownsville accomplished almost everything that was planned for the 2009-2010 year.
