Conducted a site visit to discuss storm water concerns (that fall under NPDES jurisdiction) that were noted by Geoff Klein during surface mining permit inspection. The berm on the material storage road has been repaired with sediment removed from stream. the outfall standpipe was partially collapsed which resulted in an elevated water level, the collapse has been partially cleared and pipe is scheduled to be replaced. Pond 002 will be evaluated to locate source of break that is causing water to recirculate on site.
