Notes
We spoke to Dale Donald. Hay bales were positioned around storm grates, silt fence was in place and preparations were being made to hydroseed. We were told that when the water tanks are complete, disinfection will be accomplished by AWWA method 3, which does not involve the discharge of water, and therefore carries no risk of causing fish kills or other water pollution from chlorinated (or strongly chlorinated) water. Under this method the disinfection water is able to be retained for use in the water system itself and not wasted.
This was during the Y12 CEI
