Outfall signage in place at outfall. DMRs and MORs submitted as required. No exceedances of effluent limits or permit violations. The filter backwash is discharged to basins in an alternating configuration. The total volume is 422,000 gallons. Basin 1 and 2 are currently in use and Basin 3 is dewatering and will have sludge removed. Sludge is land applied on Tracy City water plant grounds. Captor (calcium thiosulfate) is added to discharge to dechlorinate. All tests are run on site except TSS which is run by Monteagle's WWTP. Documentation of test results was provided during the inspection.
