Notes
WOH reviewed the pond discharge near Hwy 70. Brian Bell and Fred Conley discussed the recent complaint. The Discharge from the pond was dark. Removing subsurface stormwater drainage was discussed in order to prevent seepage and possible associated discoloration from years of sawdust in the adjacent soils.
