Notes
Weeds overgrown on fences of all elevated tanks and plant. Large clear well exterior and exterior of filter 7 need to be cleaned and possibly painted. Ladder in clear well 1 rusted badly. Oil drip rate on wells needs to be lowered to 6 - 10 drops/minute, was about 30 drops/minute. Minor records deficiencies noted.
