Notes
Silt fence has been added around the spoil/borrow piles. Rip-rap has been added to some drainages, however, large amounts of sediment are still burying the rip-rap. Inlet protection is not using proper filter bags. Lot level has no EPSCs. Twice weekly inspections not available onsite. No paperwork available onsite. Issues still need to be address from Nov./Sept. Some inlets do not have any inlet protection. Rip-rap drainages still buried by sediment. The inlets that have protection do not have approved proper protection. It appears that filter fabric used for underneath rip-rap has been placed in the inlets. This is not proper protection. Filter bags need to be installed. Sediment has not been cleaned out of the road. Rip-rap has been placed around the headwalls of the drainages to stop erosion, however, they have not been back filled with sediment and proper filter fabric was not used. Areas of erosion are still an issue around the headwalls.
