Notes
1. Resubmit a corrected DMR for November 2022.
2. Moving forward ensure the correct number of significant figure decimal places are recorded on the MOR and then are accurately transcribed onto the DMR.
3. Remove barrels of chemicals that are unlabeled or not in use.
4. Remove barrels of chemicals without secondary containment from sitting on drains and grates.
5. Remove vegetation blocking outfall sign so the public is able to view it from the waterbody.
6. Cease averaging pH duplicate values as this is a logarithmic scale. Simply remain consistent whether the first or second value is reported.
7. Cease scribbling over numbers on log sheets and bench sheets. Use a single clean strike through line with an initial and date.
Consider the frequency of haulers, regulation of load size, spacing between loads, cost to the local community, solids impact to the system with cost of removal, and influx of trash impact on the oxidation ditch due to coarse screening instead of fine screens for hauler waste.
