Notes
I met with Derron and Kenneth at the STP and toured the plant. The water level in the lagoons had been lowered in anticipation of spring rains. The grass was being mowed for the first time. He is rotating his aerators and has cut back on the run times because the D.O. has been much higher than necessary. He is currently operating the last two ponds in parallel.
I discussed the Method Update Rule with Derron who said he has been to the meetings, gotten help from TAUD and Fleming Training Center and feels like he is well prepared.
